Pros:

The I liked the hotel’s location and positioning, and if it weren’t for the renovation scaffolding in front of my window, the view would have been nice as well.

Cons:

The reception service was very poor. We booked through Booking.com, but upon arrival the receptionist showed us a room of a lower class than the one we had reserved and insisted that it was our booked room. When this was proven wrong, they then claimed that our reserved room was not available. After the issue was finally resolved, the second guest’s amenities were brought to the room reluctantly and incompletely.

Cons:

The property and the room layout were old. There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

We paid around $80 for one night, but in reality, its true value shouldn’t be more than $40.

The balcony door lock was simply missing.

The staff were friendly and tried to do their best to make things better.

In any case, next time we’ll try to find another place.

Alles ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Man hat viel Platz im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist lecker, mit guter Auswahl.

Beste hotel in Kapan met prachtig uitzicht
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht. Goed ontbijt op terras. Twee zwembaden. Ruime schone kamers. Zeer behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Bedden zijn wat hard en hotel wordt ook gebruikt voor feesten en partijen.
