Views- has an old world charm! The chef served great Himachali food with love and care- much appreciated!
They need to work on upkeep- the property needs maintenance- eg carpets need to be changed, they’re dirty!
The staff were very courteous. The lady (Priya Yogi) at the reception was pleasant. The chef was kind enough to prepare dinner for us at late night. The location is good. Since our objective was to return to a good hotel safely, after a night match (T20 cricket), this was a good choice.
Cleanliness could be improved. Probably because there was a customer before us and we checked in earlier than 2 PM, the staff could not get enough time to clean. We would not have minded waiting for a longer time, as the team provided us with welcome drink in a nice garden setting.

The old colonial property..was exhilarating..staff was excellent , caring ,ready to serve you with a genuin smile..
Location: when britisher has chosen a location, then what to say..it was perfectly chosen..room were large n with an old n modern touch..
Worth spending..a lifetime experience..I think after Radisson and Norbu Tsj .this is the third best in Dharamshala n nearby.

The environment and vire are very relaxing.
The bathroom's design is weird. It got wet after the shower. There was a construction during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy so much the resort facilities.

Beautifully preserved historic buildings, peaceful countryside and scenic views, away from the hustle and bustle of town. Excellent service, great food, comfortable beds... highly recommended.
