Pros:

The location is awesome ! Specially the heritage suite we stayed in was Fabulous with own courtyard and awesome views of Dhauladhar range and valley. Property is very Beautifull.
All the staff were very courteous including the front desk and resturant with a very personal touch....

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Genuinely excellent. The beds and sheets were good. The kebabs were good.

Cons:

For the price, the room, food was very average. The services are that of a 10k per night room. The paint is chipping the floors of the room are scraped, the reception ceiling is leaking, it looks like the management isn’t trying to keep up the place and make it look fantastic. Breakfast is disappointing

Pros:

Views- has an old world charm! The chef served great Himachali food with love and care- much appreciated!

Cons:

They need to work on upkeep- the property needs maintenance- eg carpets need to be changed, they’re dirty!

Pros:

The staff were very courteous. The lady (Priya Yogi) at the reception was pleasant. The chef was kind enough to prepare dinner for us at late night. The location is good. Since our objective was to return to a good hotel safely, after a night match (T20 cricket), this was a good choice.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved. Probably because there was a customer before us and we checked in earlier than 2 PM, the staff could not get enough time to clean. We would not have minded waiting for a longer time, as the team provided us with welcome drink in a nice garden setting.

They are not licenced to sell alcohol. However, you can bring in your own, which they will chill and serve.

Pros:

The old colonial property..was exhilarating..staff was excellent , caring ,ready to serve you with a genuin smile..
Location: when britisher has chosen a location, then what to say..it was perfectly chosen..room were large n with an old n modern touch..
Worth spending..a lifetime experience..I think after Radisson and Norbu Tsj .this is the third best in Dharamshala n nearby.
Now don't wait experience the old viceroy bungalow.

The bathroom's design is weird. It got wet after the shower. There was a construction during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy so much the resort facilities.
