Excelente hotel
Pros:

Realmente en general todo me gustó mucho, también la comida y desayuno en el restaurante del hotel muy Rico y la atención y el servicio excelente, el traslado Hacia el centro, la catedral de Santa Prisca y a cualquier lugar, muy rápido y seguro, estamos buscando otras fechas para regresar

Muy bonito hotel, a 15min aprox. caminando del centro histórico.
Llegamos muy temprano, como a medio día, y había habitación libre y ya lista, por lo que nos la dieron antes del check-in.
Todo el personal es muy amable. La vista es impresionante (de día y de noche), al centro de Taxco y a las montañas. La habitación cómoda y nos tocó con balcón y vista.
Tomamos el desayuno buffet, muy completo y con varias opciones. Rico todo.
La alberca muy bien; no es agua climatizada, pero tampoco está helada, y se disfruta en tiempo de calor.

Cons:

No hay wifi, pero igual no nos molestó, ya que ayuda a desconectarse y disfrutar más.
Sugeriría poner unos bordes en la regadera para que no escurra el agua por todo el baño.

Lo único es que cuando llegamos, el baño estaba resbaloso, al parecer lo acababan de limpiar, pero es necesario cuidar esos detalles para evitar un accidente.

Me encantó la vista, la limpieza, la tranquilidad, el agua caliente.

Cons:

E cuánto que me tocó estaba increíble, pero la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y pues obvio no es cómodo, la alberca no tuve oportunidad de usarla, pero deberían de cambiar el mosaico ya que se ve sucia, pero no lo está.

Buenas ubicación, excelente vista de la ciudad, pero sobre todo la honradez del personal, olvidamos unos audífonos en una habitación y nos llamaron para recogerlos en recepción.

Hermoso hotel con una increíble vista. No tiene mayores lujos pero tiene lo suficiente para una estadía corta. Muy buena ubicación cerca del terminal de buses y a minutos del centro.
