The location and the style as well as the helpful and very friendly staff.
Super clean and well organized. Room was great. Balcony was a plus. Thanks

Water temperature changed during taking shower, unwanted and by itself.
Noises from the pipes where also heard.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful start from the reception ( especially Mrs. Maram she was so kind and helpful and very welcoming of the guests ) and the room was very quiet and clean and I would like to thank the hotel and Mrs. Maram for the welcoming coffee and fruit and I will this hotel to all my friends and family

Pros:

Receptionist Nouaf and other lady were very halpful and warm welcoming in their attitudes.
Staff at Gym and restaurant were amazing.
Gym staff especially managed Steam and Suana on my request.
I would recommend this property to my family and friends for sure.
