Brilliant facilities, stunning location and the friendliest staff we have come across - highly recommend!
Pros:

The best stay of our Sri Lanka trip so far. The room was lovely and comfortable with a stunning view. The property is in an excellent location, a 5/10 minute walk from the town centre yet it feels quiet and peaceful. Our main takeaway was the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly - in particular Charuka and Nimisha. We cannot recommend this property more.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the shower didn’t drain properly so the floor would flood

Wonderfull place.
Pros:

The best view of Ella! Comfortable beds, good shower, everything was clean and friendly staff. Just a 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants.

Good hotel
Pros:

I think everything was mostly good, specially front desk lady Nimesha was perfect. Helped us in many ways, example arrange massage, trip to waterfall etc.
Other staff members was also so nice!!
Breakfast was okay, nice views from the rooftop (and also from the roofs).

Cons:

Bed was not so good, it would be good to renew bed mattresses.
But even though we got good sleep.

The hotel is close to the city center, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

However, the hotel lacks cleanliness. On our first night, there was a disturbance and no hot water. On the second day, we were moved to another room; the bathroom was infested with insects, and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

On New Year's Eve, we searched for staff throughout the hotel, but no one was there to help.

An unpleasant experience.

Staff incredibile! Estremamente gentile. Colazione con vista incredibile e molto abbondante. Vicino al centro.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’hotel non sembra finito. I soffitti e il pavimento in alcune parti non erano sistemati e si vedeva la gettata di cemento. E la pulizia era buona nella stanza ma non delle migliori negli spazi comuni. Comunque nel complesso una buona esperienza.

Pros:

Emplacement proche du centre. Vue imprenable sur le rocher de Ella. Petit déjeuner simple mais bien fait, là aussi avec une vue merveilleuse.

Cons:

Rayons de lumière toute la nuit, sous la porte et par les rideaux non jointifs.
