Room was very pretty, the bed was Amazing!!! Shower was good and the room was very clean.

It's a very nice clean hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Lihn at reception who was willing to go extra mile in assisting us especially arranging the charging of my cellphone and power banks since my cable was not working

L'albergo è in ottima posizione a Sapa. Stanze pulite e spaziose, alcune hanno la visuale sulle montagne molto suggestiva. Colazione molto varia.

Lors de ce voyage, nous avons eu l’occasion de séjourner dans un hôtel situé en plein centre-ville. L’emplacement est extrêmement pratique : tout est accessible à pied, qu’il s’agisse des sites touristiques ou des zones commerçantes. L’atmosphère y est chaleureuse et conviviale, ce qui nous a confortés dans notre choix après plusieurs jours de recherche et de réservation.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par le hall de l’hôtel. Le design est unique et raffiné, avec une touche élégante qui reflète parfaitement l’esprit du lieu. Nous avons été accueillis avec un délicieux thé à la pomme, une attention simple mais très appréciée. Étant arrivés à 9 h du matin, alors que l’hôtel affichait complet, nous avons dû patienter pour notre chambre, ce qui a été un peu fatigant. Toutefois, grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme de la réception, nous avons pu obtenir notre chambre dès midi. Et ce fut une véritable surprise : la chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et soigneusement décorée. Chaque détail, de l’éclairage à la propreté irréprochable, témoignait du soin apporté au confort des clients.
Le soir, nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel. L’expérience fut exceptionnelle : un cadre élégant avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Savourer des plats raffinés tout en admirant un paysage naturel splendide a rendu le moment magique. La cuisine, à la fois subtile et savoureuse, alliait modernité et authenticité. Un souvenir gastronomique que nous garderons longtemps.
L’hôtel propose également un service de spa avec des réductions spéciales pour les clients. Après une journée bien remplie, pouvoir se détendre dans un espace calme avec des thérapeutes qualifiés fut un véritable luxe. Cette attention supplémentaire a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous souhaitons aussi souligner le rôle de Sam, le manager de l’hôtel. Son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance nous ont profondément marqués. Grâce à son accueil chaleureux et à son suiv

이번에 처음으로 사파, 베트남에 방문하게 되었고, 이 호텔을 선택한 것이 정말 다행이었습니다. 호텔은 중심지에 위치해 있어 이동이 편리하고 관광하기에도 아주 좋은 위치였습니다. 호텔은 항상 손님들로 북적여 인기 있는 곳임을 알 수 있었고, 따뜻한 분위기에서 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
우리는 호텔의 아침 뷔페에 특히 감동을 받았습니다. 다양한 메뉴가 제공되었고, 음식도 맛있었으며 직원들이 매우 친절하게 서비스를 해주었습니다. 또한, 스파 서비스도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙박객을 위한 할인 혜택이 있어 합리적인 가격에 좋은 서비스를 받았다는 점에서 더욱 좋았습니다.
하지만, 한 가지 작은 점을 언급하고자 합니다. 호텔에서는 침대 시트나 이불에 얼룩을 묻힐 경우 추가 요금을 부과한다고 합니다. 저희가 실수로 그런 상황을 겪었지만, 그건 저희의 잘못이라 받아들였고, 추가 비용도 기꺼이 지불했습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고, 호텔의 전반적인 서비스 품질과 직원들의 친절함에는 전혀 불만이 없었습니다. 사파를 다시 방문할 기회가 생긴다면, 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 확신이 있습니다.

정말 훌륭했습니다! 호텔은 도심 한가운데에 위치해 있어 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 이번 여행은 한국에서 20년간 일한 후 고향으로 돌아오는 여정이었는데, 그 자체로 큰 감동을 주었습니다.호텔에서 제공된 식사는 고향의 맛을 떠올리게 해주었고, 따뜻하고 친근한 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다.잊을 수 없는 소중한 경험이었으며, 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The staff was very attentive and facilitated our organization and bookings, while the facilities could benefit some more maintenance. But still good value for money!

A Well-Rounded Stay with Thoughtful Service
I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Considering the location and the quality of service, I found the pricing to be quite reasonable.
One of the highlights was the front desk staff. Even though the hotel was busy with many guests checking in and out, the reception team remained professional, helpful, and welcoming. Their patience and willingness to assist made the check-in process smooth and left a positive first impression.
The room was kept tidy and came with fresh fruit provided daily — a small but appreciated gesture. What stood out even more was how the hotel paid attention to personal details. During my stay, I happened to have a birthday, and the staff acknowledged it with a warm greeting and a small gift. It wasn’t something I expected, but it showed genuine hospitality.
The indoor swimming pool was another plus. The water was warm and the area was clean — a great way to relax, especially given the cooler climate in the region. The hotel also offers a complimentary sauna and some massage services depending on the room package, which added real value to the overall experience.

El personal del hotel es muy atento y simpático. La piscina interior se agradece después de un día de trekking. El servicio de masajes excepcional. La ubicación excelente.

这是我们在沙巴（Sapa）吃过最美味的食物，尤其是三文鱼火锅和芝士烤三文鱼——味道非常棒，令人难忘。
我们从二月份就预订了这家酒店，提前做了充分的准备，只为确保能在沙巴度过一个最美好的假期。酒店位于市中心，交通方便。房间布置合理，设施齐全。特别是房间内设有浴缸，让人感到非常放松，在一天的行程后能好好地放松身体。
晚餐安排在可以俯瞰整个番西邦山（Fansipan）的餐厅，我们非常喜欢在那里用餐和享受宁静的氛围。
总体来说，价格合理，服务质量优秀。虽然还有一些小地方可以改进，但我们相信你们会越做越好。

Một chuyến đi tuyệt vời, đã rất lâu kể từ lần cuối quay lại Sapa và nơi đây vẫn đem lại cho tôi một cảm giác rất thân thuộc. Không gian khách sạn rất là ấm cúng cộng với sự thân thiện và nhiệt tình của nhân viên đem lại một cảm giác rất thoải mái. Thứ tôi ấn tượng nhất trong chuyến đi lần này có lẽ là dịch vụ xông hơi và spa của khách sạn, sau một ngày dài khám phá thì tối về việc được massage thư giãn là điều tuyệt vời nhất bạn có thể tưởng tượng được.

Onze familie heeft gekozen voor een verblijf van vier maanden, waarbij het volledige reisschema zorgvuldig door het hotel werd voorbereid. De kamer had een prachtig uitzicht en was stijlvol en gedetailleerd ingericht, wat voor een luxe en comfortabel gevoel zorgde. Het hotel ligt midden in het oude centrum, wat het ideaal maakt om de lokale cultuur te ontdekken. We waren vooral onder de indruk van de professionele, attente en hartelijke service van het personeel. Kortom, dit was een werkelijk geweldige vakantie in Vietnam, die ons gezin onvergetelijke herinneringen heeft bezorgd
