Vị trí trong thung lũng Kim Khuê (hẻm 25 Lê Đại Hành) rất gần với chợ đêm ĐL và tiện đi dạo quanh hồ Xuân Hương buổi sáng/ tối, cũng như đi đến Quảng trường Hoa Atiso
