The place is very aesthetic and really clean. Check-in and check-out were also very easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided.
However, there was a noticeable smell of dog or cat in the luggage drop-off area, and in the room, we felt a bit dizzy from the strong scent of Zonrox used for cleaning. Despite the small space, it still felt quite warm inside, as the air conditioner couldn’t cool the entire room. The wall near the bed also seemed to radiate heat, making the room feel even warmer.
The room is tiny but cozy. We loved the amenities provided. A pull-out bed is also available if you'd like to have an extended bed. The bathroom is clean (for those who chose room w/ private bathroom) and there is a heater and toiletries as well. We also liked the indoor slipper that other lodgings doesn't have. We also liked the idea of self check-in. Overall, good experience :))
While the room itself is good, shared spaces is a bit problematic. Previous/other tenants tend to utilize kitchenwares and leave those without cleaning it thoroughly. The host may opt to provide separate little sponge per room and let the tenants dispose it right after use to maintain a more hygienic kitchen.

The coziness, aesthetics, and the vibes of the place.
The ability to cook fresh food onsite was a big plus for me because I prefer eating fresh foods not fast foods. Everything was clean and comfortable. It’s a self serve facility with a modern progressive style room. Everything was in working order!
It was a little confusing with how to communicate with anyone (management or owner after we couldn’t get the extra key lock to open and we accidentally locked our room keys in the room but, we figured it out without help from management.

Everything was very clean. The place is nicely decorated and gives a homey feeling. The host was very responsive via text.
The room for 3 was a challenge as it is rather made for 2 people.
