Pros:

Chambre confortable et agréable.

Cons:

Voisins très bruyants et locaux très mal insonorisés. A 2 heures du matin j 'ai dû intervenir pour que les voisins cessent leur beuverie. De notre chambre nous entendions les ronflements d'un autre voisin qui à 6 heures a commencé a discuter avec sa compagne.
Abattant des wc cassé pas forcément agréable.

Nettes Personal und leckere Pizza aus dem Holzofen. Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Angenehme Essenspreise.

Cons:

Die gesamte Anlage Bedarf etwas mehr Pflege. Ich war Ende Oktober '25 da, vielleicht lag es da dran. Hat mich zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht gestört.

Arbatax a cette période pas terrible,par contre en faisant quelques kilomètres pleins de choses à découvrir !!

Le Pizzaiollo et la jeune dame qui nous a aidé à avoir de l’eau chaude ??

Cons:

Le restant du personnel qui nous donnait l’impression que nous les ennuyons ?? Le petit déjeuner pas de pain le dimanche car dimanche ??vraiment pas accueillant ??

Super lokalita: park Golfo di Orosei
Na pokoji mydlo a jednorázové šampon.
Měli jsme velky čistý pokoji

Na pokoji nejsou ani sklenice na vodu,
Ale na požádání jsme dostali na recepci

Restaurant war sehr gut.
Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut.
Lage etwas abseits. Aber dafür war es sehr ruhig.
Badezimmer und Dusche waren in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Zimmer und Einrichtung sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Ebenso der Zugang bis zu den Zimmern.
Der jüngere Herr an der Rezeption war eher kurz angebunden und nicht wirklich auskunftsbereit.
