50’s hotel converted into condos.
Pros:

Close to the beach. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The plumbing was old and the shower curtain was falling down. The kitchenette was inadequate. My room was at the very end of a hall with lots of signs on the wall that make it feel like my room was a utility closet. The floor was dirty and unswept.

Direkt am Strand, ohne viel Anspruch ans Interieur
Pros:

Die Lage war top und das im Apartment alles notwendige bereitgestellt wurde für den Aufenthalt, über Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, Gewürze, Waschmittel. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Es war schon sehr abgelebt das Apartment, genauso wie die komplette Anlage.

La verdad estoy un poco decepcionada, son muchas cosas: Primero la antiguedad del Hotel y que tiene varios lugares en desuso, que no tiene anfitriones o no vi muchos cada vez que estaba en recepción y tenía alguna duda, la zona de alimentos caros y sin variedad, y es muy pero muy molesto el olor constante a marihuana o weed (Cannabis sativa), yo fui en familia y es bastante desagradable sentirlo dentro de un Hotel! Más cuando estoy con mi hija menor de edad.

Pleasant short stay in Sunny Island Beach Condo
Pros:

The location is the beachfront; they have a full-service pool.
The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay (from preparing food to going to the beach—they have all beach accessories in the closet ). The room was quiet, with air conditioning and good internet service.
The owner had explicit instructions about windows and air-conditioning use.
He was very attentive. We had a few small things to fix, and they were done promptly.
If you would like to shop in a supermarket, Publix is 15 minutes away, and in the area, there are a few really good restaurants.
Adventure Mall is 10 min. by bus(you can rely on public transportation )

Cons:

The windows couldn't be opened because of the air conditioning. The beds creaked when you turned from one side to the other - but the owner was notified and promised to take action.

Great place! Amazing location right on the beach. The apartment was clean and it had everything we need for a wonderful vacation. The owner was very responsive.

The location off the building and the Chabad down the pool and access to the beach

Cons:

No toilet paper. And no towel exchange. Faucet in the bathrooms not set old fashion hard to usable. Location of the property in the building. It says beachfront condo. It is at the back of the property. It’s not a beachfront. It’s not a beachfront. Just charge for $450 for a resort fee not a valid charge no cleaning of the room no exchange of towels no supply of toilet paper and paper towels
