Pros:

Check in was good, welcome warm and friendly faces all around, made us very comfortable and felt safe. Breakfast was packed very thoughtfully. Staff were attentive friendly and caring.

Cons:

The room temperature was set at colder than required. As we booked and checked in late, didn’t realise and ended up with a cold the next morning.

Good but can be great if few issues are fixed..
Pros:

Everyone went out of their way to do their best for us! Also they were warm and very welcoming. The food was great.

Cons:

I think there are many employees who are in need of training to bring them up to speed. One acute issue for many is their lack of inability to communicate in English. This needs addressing to ensure guests needs are met in time and not after multiple attempts..
