Nice people add helpful
The place was so dirty bike tyre marks up the wall. Could write my name in the dust I was meant to stay 2 nights for my dad’s funeral but only stayed 1 night and went home.
Hotel is very dated, room was ok, but the shower took forever to get hot, and the floor is so slippery once out, was very dangerous. Restaurant didn’t appear open, no one around at all during the two days we were there.
Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful
N/A
The water no pressure and very hot or very cold can fix to do shower!!
Nothing
Upon arrival, we checked in to the hotel and two staff members were very dismissive, standing looking at both my partner and I as if we hadn't even booked and questioned me on whether we were sure we booked in. He then had to get another colleague to confirm our booking which made us both feel uncomfortable and as though we were not welcome.
The beds were uncomfortable, with only one pillow each and no extras available in the room. The room smelt of musk and old cigarettes as well as being unable to open the window properly to let some fresh air into the room. After i had a shower there was then no hot water left and we were told to use another room which was on the other side of the building. This caused significant distress for my partner as we were both in a rush to be somewhere important that evening.
We were also not informed of where the room was to use the shower. When my partner went to use the other room the floor was covered in water as there was a big visible leak coming through the light in the bathroom which caused a flood.
I am appalled by how unsatisfactory this hotel was as mentioned above, the customer service was disgraceful and our stay was the most uncomfortable i have ever been in. I do NOT recommend.

The changing facilities
Not a lot.
Room dirty. No hot water on last day for a shower, tv gave up working on the 3rd day.
No evening meals, told they couldn’t even make us a sandwich as no chef, when we had car problems & couldn’t drive anywhere, no local eating places near by, had sandwiches from shop across the road, which were very nice.
Bathroom floor Lino, split & lifting up from floor.
Room curtains hanging, paint on the window ledge peeling off.
List goes on………

Appreciate the fact it’s not been owned long by current owners.! However they really should have spent time & money on it before opening up to public.
Very dated late 70’s early 80’s furniture etc
It was convenient
Bar staff was insulting.
We were shown to our room by the receptionist, my partner was giving the keys. She undone the door and walked into the room to find a nacked man laying on the bed so she ran out and the receptionist said she was so sorry it was the wrong room.
Only continental breakfast as they had no chefs .
