Important information:

The property is located on the Isle of Sheppey and as a result can only be crossed via the Sheppey Crossing. Guests are advised to take this into account when making their transport arrangements to the property.
This property offers 24 hours check-in everyday but for arrivals after 22:00, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time.
The main doors will be closing from 22:00 everyday therefore arrival after this time will be given new instructions on how to enter the property. An additional back entrance/exit door is available to all guests to get in and out at anytime but requires a specific key that would be given at the time of check-in.
If breakfast is included in the room rate, this is for a continental breakfast only. If you wish to have a full English cooked breakfast, an additional charge of £8.95 per person is applicable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

They charged me for 2 rooms and then said they won’t refund me when I only needed the 1
The beds were uncomfortable and cheap

Not very happy for the money we paid
Pros:

For £8.99 not very good to over cooked bacon was hard eggs overdone sausage overcooked not very good

Cons:

Leaking taps in bathroom not enough power socket EX lead under the bed on the mattress to short did not no about the night door after 10o/c the stairs not suitable for disable people had to leave the wedding at 9.30 not good

Avoid , charged for a room we couldn't access because they closed 10 mins early , property was locke

Tried all contact numbers , email, the emergency what's app isn't even a real number

At 6 months pregnant left looking for a hotel at nearly 11 pm after trying for nearly an hour to get hold if some one I'd avoid this place

Outdated with good dinner
Pros:

Continental breakfast was very good and tasty, no eggs or hot food but still made the entire experience pleasant. TV was good and lots of channels available, in the room tea/coffee and biscuits very good. Decent bed and clean linen.

Cons:

Very small room, entire hotel quite outdated, curtain rail hanging on the thread, no AC at r any fan available.
