The property is located on the Isle of Sheppey and as a result can only be crossed via the Sheppey Crossing. Guests are advised to take this into account when making their transport arrangements to the property.
This property offers 24 hours check-in everyday but for arrivals after 22:00, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time.
The main doors will be closing from 22:00 everyday therefore arrival after this time will be given new instructions on how to enter the property. An additional back entrance/exit door is available to all guests to get in and out at anytime but requires a specific key that would be given at the time of check-in.
If breakfast is included in the room rate, this is for a continental breakfast only. If you wish to have a full English cooked breakfast, an additional charge of £8.95 per person is applicable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The property on the outside looks great. The reception area is lovely and welcoming. I understand there are gym facilities on site however I did not try them out.
The rooms are functional and did the job. The continental breakfast consisted of a choice of toast or crumpets, sliced cheese, or cold cuts, as well as chocolate spread or butter and jam. There were 3 choices of juice and cereal and some small pastries. Tea or coffee and cows milk only.
The rooms are quite dated. The beds are not the most comfortable. The doors are key operated and are very heavy. The walls aren’t very thick so we could hear voices and noises from the neighbouring rooms.
Location and parking great. The price was good too as it was a bank holiday.
Thw room looked tired as did the whole of the hotel. The noise from the bar was very loud . String and tape holding up a curtain rail isn't a goos repair.

Hotel allowed food to be brought in as they had a very limited menu There was a very convient and excellant Butty Van which we used and the hotel allowed us to eat in the dining room but the hotel also had a continel breakfast which was excellant which our group also used

Shortage of staff, room decor worn and dated. Room was at the front of the property and the early morning deliveries could be heard taking place while you're trying to sleep.

Breakfast for £8.95 was tasty. Bed in Room 12 was comfy. 24hr access was useful too. Car park included.
The kitchen could have served better quality continental breakfast food. No landline phones in the rooms to ring reception, no fridge, no hooks in the bathrooms to hang your towels. Location right on the corner of two roads.

Room very small (not big enough for 2 adults), very hot room, no air circulation not very clean, i could go on but i wont, not very happy at all. Pictures on website need updating.

Rooms was very hot we had window open but no fans very outdated and some place in the room could use extra attention when cleaning. And I didnt like the couple that came in at 11.30 and was shouting swearing banging having an argument then another man came in this went on till almost 1am not great sleep

This has to be the dirtiest and most run down hotel I have ever seen. There are absolutely no redeeming features. We had the displeasure of staying here for two nights as we had to attend an event in the area. If there had been any other option in the area we would have left immediately. I would consider myself to be well travelled and have visited some underdeveloped countries but I have never come across a hotel, hostel or any other type of accommodation on a par with this place. It's definitely a place that you need to wipe your feet on the way out rather than on the way in. It seems that booking.com will advertise anything.
