Important information:

The property is located on the Isle of Sheppey and as a result can only be crossed via the Sheppey Crossing. Guests are advised to take this into account when making their transport arrangements to the property.
This property offers 24 hours check-in everyday but for arrivals after 22:00, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time.
The main doors will be closing from 22:00 everyday therefore arrival after this time will be given new instructions on how to enter the property. An additional back entrance/exit door is available to all guests to get in and out at anytime but requires a specific key that would be given at the time of check-in.
If breakfast is included in the room rate, this is for a continental breakfast only. If you wish to have a full English cooked breakfast, an additional charge of £8.95 per person is applicable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Ths hotel is in a great little location. The staff are friendly the room was comfortable the bed was comfy. Its a quiet little hotel.

Cons:

Its not that I didn't like but it needs a little update as the rooms are a little dated and the bathroom needs a little spruce up. I read the reviews after booking and was a but worried but it wasnt as bad as people have made out.

All in all happy with my stay , pricing was good and staff very helpful.
Pros:

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was working in a nearby town and was handy for me . Pub and convenience shop next door . Never ate here but people said it was really good .

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Decent facilities and pretty low cost. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Cons:

Incredibly unclean (other than the bedding). Lots of hair in the bathroom and dirty carpet.

The staff were pleasant, our food was also nice. The location was good as we were staying for an event

Cons:

The bed was too spongy, no air con or fans in a hot room. No hand towels and just sachets of body wash to use. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. Our door did not lock properly from the inside, to lock they had a rubber band attached to a staple remover which we had to grip and turn. Surely not legal?

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

This hotel is dated, which I can forgive when there is closer attention to other details, but in this case it wasn't the case. There was no hand towel provided, there were no glasses to have a cold drink in what was a warm room. The curtains were hanging off their rail so didn't shut properly. The bathroom was peeling in places (including off the panel) and the taps etc were not particularly clean.
The side chair had thick dust on it.
We paid for a late check out and still someone knocked on the door to establish if we were leaving.

The room we had, which was allegedly a deluxe double, was a noisy room... But not the hotels fault. It was facing the pub and above the Londis which meant it was noisy both evening and early morning.
This worked for what we needed as it was a base for an event we were attending but we wouldn't return in it's current state.

They charged me for 2 rooms and then said they won’t refund me when I only needed the 1
