Important information:

The property is located on the Isle of Sheppey and as a result can only be crossed via the Sheppey Crossing. Guests are advised to take this into account when making their transport arrangements to the property.


This property offers 24 hours check-in everyday but for arrivals after 22:00, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time. The main doors will be closing from 22:00 everyday therefore arrival after this time will be given new instructions on how to enter the property.

An additional back entrance/exit door is available to all guests to get in and out at anytime but requires a specific key that would be given at the time of check-in.

If breakfast is included in the room rate, this is for a continental breakfast only. If you wish to have a full English cooked breakfast, an additional charge of £7.00 per person is applicable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Cons:

No restaurant as closed, no notification. Lighting in the room was flickering, no intention to resolve. The room was incredibly hot even with no heating on. Breakfast was only served after I had to leave.

Cons:

The hotel when you walk is okay but as you go round to get to your room the whole hotel stinks, is filthy. I booked a junior suite and got a basic room with stains all up the wall, bad smells the bathroom was filthy and dirty looked like it hadn’t been clean in a long time. I really didn’t even want to stay the minute I walked in the room.

Short stay but once all was redone it was ok, other than breakfast, bacon far too salty.

Do not stay at this hotel
Pros:

Sorry Nothing good to say about this hotel - Just avoid it !!!

Cons:

Room was filthy, human hairs in shower and bathroom Shower run hot and cold while using it so 1 minute you were being scolded then next freezer cold we arrived at 21.00 hours so to late to find any where else No kettle in room had to go back at get one from reception the room they gave us was no 8 had a flashing zebra crossing light going off all night so you can guess how much sleep we had decided that as the hotel was so unkept that we would not chance the breakfast

Very dissapointed

I changed rooms 3 times and still didnt get what was advertised. The bath was full of water the limescale disgusting the beds from the ark! No restaurant.... only for breakfast. The place is a dump.
