No hot water in shower. And I’ve requested for my hotel receipt they say they cannot issue me receipt: “we cannot provide inv from online booking...cause the payment you make its not same what we get from online booking,..lets say you pay for RM200 we just get RM150..its not the amount what you already pay..” this is their response! What kinda nonsense! I stay in ur hotel is my right to
Ask for my receipt! Please do it asap!

A decent stay in the city, but nothing much to do around the area

Cons:

Some of the power plugs in the wall (especially below the TV) are installed too low near the table making it harder to plug in my charger.
The pillows should be given 2 for each bed instead of 1.. there was only 1 extra pillow in the wardrobe so we need to pay some extra money for another extra pillow 😒
