Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación.

Cons:

Los colchones bien a secas, pero las almohadas horribles, lo que quieres decir que no duermes bien ni descansas la taza de bater demasiado alta, los mandos de la cisterna no funcionan bien, el horario de la cafetería muy escaso, cierran cocina a las 22 horas y la cafetería a 22.30 demasiado pronto para un hotel de 4 estrellas y encima cierran las pocas mesas del comedor para poder comer o cenar algo, las mesas de la cafetería las han puesto altas y muy escasas, encima han subido los precios una barbaridad para lo que ofrecen, y el parking carisimo 25 euros diarios, no te queda otra que pagar, porque aparcar en san Sebastián misión imposible, los salones no tienen televisión y el buffet también carisimo.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with a few items thay we forgot a toothbrush and a European plug adapter. They also provided beach towels. Breakfast had a good variety mix of continental and hot food for breakfast. Rooms very clean. Easy access to a bus stop with regular buses into the main centre.

Odalar cok sıkısık, double bad istemistik iki tane tek kisilik yatak birlestirilmis, otelde ve katlarda cok oda olduğundan temizlik de gecikebiliyor. Odaya bıraktıkları cips ikramlik gibi gözüküyor, dikkat edin. Ayrıca bayatlamıs ürün koymuslar bir yane bile yemeden bıraktık yine de ücretini aldılar.

Goede locatie op een half uur wandelen van het strand/centrum. Parkeer gelegenheid dichtbij. Comfortabele kamers.

Pulizia perfetta
Posizione non lontana dal centro (15min a piedi) e per chi non ama camminare, la fermata del bus é di fronte all’ingresso.
Servizio garage comodissimo.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo a San Sebastian ottimo.

Cons:

Manca un po’ di calore in più nelle stanze che sono molto pratiche ma un pochino fredde.
Qualche appoggio in più in bagno non guasterebbe.

Hôtel moderne, décoré sur le thème du cinéma (les chambres portent les noms de réalisateurs ou d'acteurs) doté de bonnes prestations à proximité du quartier d'Amara (gare EuskoTren), donc non loin du centre-ville. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Accueil froid et impersonnel (sauf pour le petit-déjeuner où le personnel est attentionné), confort moyen de la literie, prix très élevé pour les prestations, d'où rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Même la petite bouteille d'eau d'accueil, généralement offerte, est ici payante.

San Sébastian est une ville magnifique et notre séjour en garde un souvenir délicieux
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le décor et le confort de cet établissement, son emplacement en centre-ville, l'accueil du personnel, l'entretien et la propreté proposés tout au long de notre séjour.

Cons:

La possibilité aussi de garer notre véhicule dans un parking réservé, mais qui nous laisse un souvenir mitigé car un résident de l'hôtel nous à abimé notre voiture flambant neuf et rayant toute l'aile gauche avant sans laisser un mot pour établir un constat en bonne et due forme. Un système de vidéosurveillance aurait été le bienvenu pour identifier l’auteur de cet acte d’incivilité. Pour un hôtel de catégorie **** ce service manquant nous a un peu gâcher le séjour.

I would stay again
Pros:

Very luxurious nice neighbourhood with lovely cafes bars and restaurants around and 30 min nice walk to beach/downtown. Amara train station is very close too, if you fancy a trip to biarritz or hendaye. Recpetion staff very friendly and room spotlessly clean.

Cons:

No problems at all.

Low standard, max 3*
Cons:

celý standard odpovídá nižší kategorii, snídaně velmi jednoduché na úrovni 3*, večer nemožnost posedět v příjemném prostředí, část přízemí zhasnutá a bistro je přístupné veřejnosti, takže hoteloví hosté nemají místo , vše velmi jednoduché - nejhorší poměr cena/výkon za 14 dní cesty po severním Španělsku.
Lokalita je daleko od centra a sama nic nenabízí v okolí.
