Very homely, nice pool, excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff, pool, always hot water and electricity, decent WIFI. I've been to other hotels in Nosy be, beach front and mo4e expensive hotels but honestly I feel the most welcome at Clair de Lune. Special Thank you to Felicity anr Lido.

Nice hotel, good location to easily reach the starting point of the main trips to the other islands, very good price

Pros:

L'établissement est somptueux, les bungalows et la salle de bains sont décorés avec goût, le décor végétal extérieur est paradisiaque.

Cons:

La restauration manque d'originalité mais est de qualitée.

La taille de la chambre et sa grande terrasse tout en haut du jardin.
Les sanitaires en très bon état ce qui est rare.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner où il faut réclamer le 2° petit pain et où l'assiette de fruits se résume à une orange, 3 bouchées de papaie et 3 d'ananas.
Le WiFi à la connexion très difficile au bar et encore plus dans la chambre.
La piscine squattée par les enfants des propriétaires même quand les clients sont sur les transats autour.
L'état de la "rue" depuis le centre ville : long chemin de terre et de pierres non goudronné et non éclairé. Heureusement que Nosy Bé est tranquille. Il est plus agréable de rentrer en tuktuk malgré le détour.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful management and staff. Quiet location but still near everything. Good food.

Cons:

No fridge in the room. Muddy roads nearby when raining.
