Clean room, Maricruz was prompt and nice. Very easy.

Place looks tiny from the outside but inside is spacious with 2 courtyards. Beautiful room with great AC. Included towels and beach towels. Bed was soft. Microwave in common area. Mini fridge in room. Shower pressure was just ok, but that isn’t a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are going to be coming in early for a cruise, as they will store your luggage and it’s really close to port. Very clean!

Our stay at Hugo's was perfect in every way! They were so accommodating for us. The building was perfectly situated by the plaza where there was nighttime dancing and music. Walkable all over Old San Juan. Inside things were very clean, quiet and unique. Unique. Glad I didn't go with just another chain hotel. And then the bed... Seriously I was tempted to find the name brand of it. It was so incredibly comfortable!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Friendly staff, accommodating, and super cute place to stay if you just need a room to sleep in and plan on doing a lot of walking/dining out, in Viejo San Juan. Would love to stay here again in the future.

In the heart of old San Juan. Really clean, walkable distance to restaurants, bars, shops, grocery, & parking lots if needed. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first! The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and everything in Old San Juan is easily walkable. They are such a great host—very communicative and welcoming. The A/C kept the rooms perfectly cool, everything was super clean, and there’s even a parking garage nearby if you have a rental. Such a great spot—can’t wait to come back again!

Parking is on the street which is crowded. Challenging for someone with a car. Management is very nice and helpful. We stayed in the room at the top floor which is basically rooftop and there is NO elevator. The stairs are steep and narrow. So, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with luggage.The room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice with cultural architecture

It was a really great location. The room did not have a TV for those that would prefer one. No info on the wifi available in the room. The room was clean but the towels smelled like they weren't cleaned, could be a washing machine issue. The best parking was Doña Fela parking down the street (about a 4 minute walk). Other than that it was a great stay. I would stay there again and i would recommend it as well.

Absolutely loved this place. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Location could not be better easy in and out with so much in walking distance. Will 100% be coming back here.

Property is close to a lot of things. I enjoyed my stay.

Our room was lovely, although there were no windows. We asked for a late check out and for a few dollars we were told to take our time and they would notify housekeeping. They also gave us a place to store our luggage while we toured the city before boarding our ship (we were there a day early for our cruse).

The place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it could use better maintenance and decor for a more aesthetically pleasing look. The rooms were clean but small. Photos are a bit deceiving. Parking is not easy. There are parking lots nearby thou for 10-15 night. Really close to everything.

Beautiful place. Awesome neighborhood/ location. Not too loud from the outside noise, but walls are thin if you don't want your inside neighbors to hear what you're up to. Comfy bed too

The property is amazing and so accommodating. The host was truly a blessing with the recommendations on what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner !. Truly appreciate the staff for the cleanliness, the beauty with the plants and just overall culture. Would definitely come back and recommend everyone to come back. Everything was nearby and to be honest you really didn’t need a car cause you have everything within walking distance. Once again thank you for the wonderful and pleasant experience and stay 😊
