Pros:

Один самый лучший отель в Самарканде , в центре старого города где близко к Регистан площади. Новые номера, белоснежные полотенце, чистая постельное бельё, есть холодильник, кондиционер, электронный чайник чтобы заварить чай кофе. Персонал очень приветливый, особенно большое спасибо Админу Парвины и Сарвару рано заселили нежда время заселения, после тяжёлого дороги это очень приятно. Спасибо повару Высну кормил вкусными завтраками. Завтрак на высшем уровне можно дать 10 баллов. Всё вкусно и свежие. Всем рекомендую кто путешествует в Самарканде .

Выбирала читая отзывы. Совпадала ожидания с реальностью. Новый ремонт, белые полотенце, постеля новой, чистые комнаты приятная атмосфера. Прекрасная администратор Парвина всегда рада помочь, найдёт профессионального гида экскурсию по Таджикистану в 7 озёр, впечатление бесконечный прекрасный. Завтрак выбор большой, вкусная каша, разные виды самсы, салаты, ассорти фрукты , со спросом делает вкусный омлет спасибо повару Бахора. Локация очень хорошая пиши по основные достопримечательности максимально 7 минут. Очень удобно когда начинается площадь регистана вечером 20:00 3D шов можно посмотреть и вернуться пеший. Обязательно советую. Цена совпадает с качеством.

Отель замечательный! Расположение отличное, до площади Регистан меньше 10 минут пешком. Рядом кафешки, магазины. Само здание очень красивое, номера чистые и комфортные.
Персонал очень отзывчивый. Администратор Даулет ждал нас до поздней ночи, из-за ночного рейса, все нам рассказал, объяснил и всегда был готов помочь, за это очень благодарны.
Единственное к чему можно придраться- не всегда работает вайфай, но это не вина отеля, а результат отключения электричества в городе. Нам было не критично, но кому-то может быть важно.

Konum super, Registanin hemen arkasında. Personal altın gibi insanlar.

Cons:

Ancak nakit ödeme kabul ediliyor. Posterminal ile ödemeleri yokmuş. Banka kartıyla kabul etmiyorlar. Odam recepsiyonla üzbeüz olduğuna göre odaya hep ses geliyor.

Близость к площади Регистан, исторический район махалля, отзывчивость персонала, комфортная, белоснежные пушистые полотенца, великолепные завтраки (особая благодарность повару). Ночное заселение, ждали, хоть самолет задержался

Cons:

По приезду не было света/горячей воды, но это не вина отеля. Подключили свой генератор, пока устраняли аварию. Просто нужно быть морально готовым , поскольку такие аварии, видимо, не редкость

Pros:

They scam us. Once we reach property first they say we dont have your booking. Once i showed them my booking they say you did not confirm by message. When I showed them my message through booking.com. Than they say we have rooms in our other branch and shift us there. It was about 11 pm we dont have any juice. They shift us to under contraction hotel. We tried to claim booking.com but they didn’t responded

It was a comfortable and safe Stay with my wife
Pros:

The room was comfortable and Clean. The day we arrived it was hot we used AC. Next day it was raining and super cold like 8 digress so they have Heater working. It was really comfortable. The family Running the Property was so humble and welcoming. It was nice experiencing local culture. The Husband was super helpful. The wife( reception lady) always have smile on her face. We feel like home. And main thing location was really in center of all tourists attention. And breakfast was super good
