No coffee on site
The hotel is located right beside the central square, the market and church, our room had a little balcony with a great view of the church. The room was big and the bed huge. There was hot water for showering.
The hotel is a little tucked away but they sent us a WhatsApp video of how to get to it which was great!
On the second day there was no water at all, so couldn't wash or flush toilet, so not ideal. Not sure what had happened.
It was very noisy at night, there seemed to be a party going on nearby until around 3am.

Amabilidad y atencion.
El personal sumamente atento, la habitación limpia, ordenada, muy céntrica y cumple con lo que anuncia.
En general, todo me pareció bastante bien.
El hotel no cuenta con restaurante y tiene excelente ubicación
Falto poner una toalla para secarse las manos y un rollo de papel extra porque se acabo el que nos dejaron.

No restaurant so no food or drink. Centrally located but made it very noisy.
NOISE. Walls of rooms were so thin you could hear conversations in next room. Entry to hotel was dirty.
LA CERCANIA CON LA CATEDRAL

The room was very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. When our fan didn't work they gave us a new one, which was great. The location of the hotel was so close to the square. We took the bus into town from CDMX and this hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop (uphill!!!) but it was a complicated walk since you're going through a very large market, don't trust your phone's GPS, it doesn't know where you are - I wish I had just paid for a taxi from the bus stop even tho it was such a short walk, in theory.
I asked to check in early via Whats App and was told it wasn't a problem, but was told no at the front desk and had to argue a bit (which was hard to do since I don't speak spanish) and they did finally let us in our room early. There was absolutely no hot water in the shower and the toilet did not like to flush properly.
