Wonderful caring people made our stay so great, helped arrange our collection from the train station, arranged late dinner, transport to sites and information about local viewpoints and safety with elephants in the region. Amazing breakfast and even helped us get some medicine we needed!
L’accueil de Kansun et sa famille étais incroyable. Ils nous ont super bien conseillés sur les activités et les lieux aux alentours as des prix défiants toute concurrence. L’établissement est super, la piscine est un vrai plus et les petits déjeuners sont merveilleux. On as même eu droit à une visite avec lui et son frère avec les explications de chaque plantes, dégustation de fruits, épices de son jardin. Il nous as même conseillé sur le reste de notre aventure, en nous indiquant des lieux peu connus et en restant en contact avec nous même à distance afin de continuer à nous aiguiller. Merci encore pour ce temps passés avec vous.

Loved the location further out of town and it was excellent for accessing Lion’s Rock.
The owner bent over backwards to help us out with whatever we needed.
Super nice and helpful hosts. Beautiful nature and wildlife around. The breakfasts were really good. The hosts helped us find a taxi at a good price to go to the airport at the end of our stay. They provided help for other services (recommendations for nice viewpoints, safaris, massages, etc.) in the beginning and they are not pushy at all about it. We would most certainly come back here if we were to visit Sri Lanka again and we would spend more than 2 nights as there is more to do around Sigiriya than we had expected.
If we could, we would give this place 12/10!
Our stay in Sigiriya was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kasun and his brother. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience.
They helped us with everything – arranging taxis, organizing fantastic trips, and always being available whenever we needed anything. We also had the chance to taste delicious local food, and the breakfasts were simply outstanding every single day.
Everything was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely heartfelt. We felt taken care of from the very beginning.
Thank you so much, Kasun and your brother – we truly appreciate everything you did for us. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sigiriya!
Beautiful area by a lake, family who owns property went above and beyond. On arrival sent activity options on WhatsApp. Where we booked a safari. Yummy breakfast. Shame they don’t provide food for evening or drinks throughout day. As a far walk to local bars/cafe.
Room is very basic.
Sheets were single we had 2 for a double bed but abit too small for my partner who’s tall.
Bathroom shower needs improvement - 2 shower systems but one was hanging off the wall with zero pressure and would either be freezing water or boiling hot.
A good 30-40 min walk to sigiriya main town. We didn’t realise this. The road is very bumpy on way to accommodation. Tuktuk were expensive and Pick me app attempted to be used multiple times and had to ask owner to call a Tuktuk for us what was pricey. Sometimes no choice but to walk and heat can be to much.
2 minute walk to local lake was very nice.
Pool could do with simple adjustments - only 4 sun lounges. No place to put out of sun. Maybe umbrella could be helpful.
Also sun loungers were dirty with bird poo. Maybe more attention to detail.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host took amazing care of us, organized fantastic tours, and was incredibly helpful at all times. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious – fresh, tasty, and prepared with great attention to detail. It was the perfect way to start each day.
The accommodation itself was clean and very cozy, making us feel right at home. The pool was perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying some peaceful downtime.
The location was ideal – very central and beautifully situated by a lake. We were able to rent bicycles directly at the accommodation and explore the surrounding area, which made our stay even more special.
We recommend this place 100% and would love to come back anytime!
Everything you need: a/c; comfy beds with mosquito nets, hot water, great price; can arrange good price safari to Hurulu eco park, it was very very good safari! Managers brother cooked best local breakfast. The best we had during 10days in Sri Lanka! It is so peaceful in there, morning sounds of jungle. Saw couple wild animals in yard in the morning. The pool! And such good hearts of the manager. Thank you for your help, for a clean comfy stay. 🙏🙏🙏

Bardzo fajne miejsce, położone wśród zieleni. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, pokój czysty i komfortowy. Gospodarz niezwykle miły i pomocny — pomógł nam w organizacji zwiedzania, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie polecam!
