Liked the village and location. The beds was comfortable

Cons:

The hotel looked uncared for. It needed more attention to detail. It could have been cleaner. The pool looked nothing like the photos and not very clean. There was dirt all round our bathroom wash basin, no toilet paper and not sure the sheets were fresh. This has potential to be a lovely hotel but needs improving.

Basic stay for a big price tag
Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel was the only half decent place to stay in this location in Sapa- away from the city centre. Our room we paid for was tiny, moist and felt dirty. The bathroom was terrible, mouldy and wet all the time. Even if you wanted to get your money back and move to another accommodation, you could not - En hotel has the monopoly. Be careful of your booking choice here, the photos are all Photoshopped and there is no pool on the rooftop that is usable.

Avoid if you want to be near Sapa town

View of the valley

Cons:

Behaviour of host towards us after we handed over cash, next time I will not pay at the property. Host requested us to cancel the booking on the night we arrived, we refused after paying cash and we were not issued a receipt. Construction works ongoing at property during our stay.

Le rapport qualité prix, l’accès direct aux randonnées car attention le logement n’est pas dans Sapa il est à 15/20 minutes dans un petit village en dessous dans la vallée, c’est très sympa il y a pas mal de petit restaurant très mignon, et village rustique.
Avec les grab on rejoint très rapidement Sapa.
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Tout est toujours ouvert et il fait froid dans le bâtiment, petit dej très limité, c’est un buffet mais malheureusement c’est un peu premier arrivé premier servi et les aliments ne sont pas de qualité.
Attention il y a des chambres sans fenêtre, ça peut être compliqué.
La piscine sur le toit n’est pas chauffé, c’est un objet de déco.

Nothing like it said!
Pros:

Comfy bed and meeting some lovely ladies from the Village.

Cons:

No restaurant, no bar like it said on booking.com. We arrived at night so had nowhere to really go as had no idea where we were, no street lighting. The shower didn't drain and the bathroom was an absolute slipping hazard. Only stayed 1 night out of 3!
