Pros:

Room was spacious. friendly staff.

Cons:

complimentary tea, coffee, sugar water and kettle should've been available in the room without us having to ask for the same.

There was no door mat, once you step out of the bathroom; there is no way you can dry your feet. Uncomfortable experience.

Where Kochi's best location meets impeccable service—my Gold Suite stay exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast from a nearby restaurant during my stay at Gold Suite Hotel. Its prime location near Infopark, Water Metro, and Rajagiri College made exploring Kochi incredibly convenient. The stay was amazing—the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel is perfect for families, offering spacious rooms and excellent facilities. Highly recommend!

Cons:

What truly stood out was the hotel's warm hospitality; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. With spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities, it's perfect for both business travelers and families. I can't recommend Gold Suite Hotel enough!

Pros:

The hotel is located close to infopark. Close to public transport facilities. The friendly staff made the check-in process easy. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

There was no lift available in the property, it was ok for me, but it will be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Decent Stay at Cochin
Pros:

Reception Staff behaviour and keen to help attitude is to be appreciated. Both day/night shift duty staff were very helpful.

Cons:

They were a group who were talking very loudly and smoking at the corridor that too at 11pm. They refused to be quiet and continued until I called the duty staff.
