Amazing Stay, will return soon
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with multiple varieties of items.

The rooms were very clean and spacious

Cons:

The desk receptionist was going to charge me $50 extra to arrive. There was a sign that said check in is 4pm which is ridiculous. But my reservation says check in was 3pm ! So we had to wait 20 mins until 3pm to check in after I showed her my reservation online! Your signs need to match the online

Very exceptional, 10/10, one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

Hotel was clean. The carpet smelled fresh. It didn't have that old worn musty smell. I was happy with overall staff.

Cons:

The desk clerk acted like I disrespected him when asked about additional towels. He gave a snippy response that house keeping will be getting off in 15 minutes. I ignored his rudeness and asked would someone else be able to help me. He responded yes then dismissed myself and my husband by turning to talk to the other clerk.

Got what I needed but won’t book again

The room wasn’t very clean, there was hair all
Over the place including the bed and sheets had to request new bedding when we checked in. The breakfast was subpar at best, mostly everyday was stale and overcooked. Loud guests at night and stayed up in the lobby drinking until 4am. I get having some fun but there should be a certain time where guests need to go to rooms and respect quiet times. For reference our room was right next to the lobby so we didn’t get the best sleep because of that. The ladies up front however were very nice and I appreciate them.

Pros:

this was a very clean place and everyone was supper nice. great location easy to get to and only 2 miles from where out event was.

Cons:

i have a bad back and the mattress didnt agree with with me it seemed soft but but by morning i was hurting.
