Pros:

From the moment we entered the villa my friends and I felt so welcomed. The staff was super friendly and the rooms are just perfect. Couldn’t be any better. The room price includes breakfast. And the breakfast was also really good. Nothing bad to say about The Jam House.

Awesome stay, would love to come back again
Pros:

Room was very spacious, interiors were beautiful and the balcony was cherry on the top. Bed was really comfortable. They cleaned the room daily. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast, it was really delicious. Pool was also clean and well maintained

Cons:

Service can be a bit better. Had to go down to reception for water.
Location is great with cafes nearby but the main road is not easy to walk

Pros:

Miriam at front desk was helpful.

Cons:

Expensive drinks. 1500 lkr for lime soda when it costs 850 lkr next door at samba.
Staff refused to serve coffee after 3 pm saying kitchen is shut. Serving coffee isn't exactly kitchen work.

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable and modern. The breakfast was very nice and staff were helpful. I definitely recommend to stay here! Definitely one of the nicer hotels we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip.

Cons:

A little bit far from the main town and needed to get a tuk tuk there.
Towels weren’t changed during our stay
