Kahvaltı kesinlikle çeşitlendirilmeli yada kahvaltı menüsü biraz daha geniş olmalı. Konumu ahangama çarşıya biraz uzaktı. Havuzu daha erken saatlerde temizlenmeli ve gün içerisinde havuza düşen yaprak ve böcekler alınmalı.

Excellent stay, the staff were all brilliant especially Mira with great communication.
The room was so beautiful and the hotel is in a great location for town, either a walk or a short tuk tuk to the main restaurants / bars. The pool area is also a nice bonus.
As one of the more expensive places we had stayed, we were slightly disappointed by a couple of minor things. Firstly, the breakfast wasn't as good as we'd had in other places and the menu was quite inaccurate in places (especially the yogurt bowl). I also had an issue with a glass breaking and spilling all of the drink over me. We also unfortunately had an issue with our air con which meant the unit was very loud when it was on, meaning we struggled to sleep so had to turn it off. The laundry also took longer that I had initially been told, luckily I was staying in the area but otherwise this might have been a problem. Overall it was good I would just expect slightly better for the price tag.
We had a fabulous stay at Jam House- the property looked exactly like the photos, AC was divine, bed was super comfy and WiFi worked well in the rooms and in the downstairs working area.
The pool was also lovely, and we enjoyed spending the afternoons lounging around that area, watching the monkeys and bird life in the garden.
The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to make you feel welcome, ensure you enjoyed your stay and help wherever they could.
We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast- it was À la Carte with both western and Sri Lankan options.
Lastly, the location was good- across the road from Ahangama Beach (however it’s a little tricky to swim there) but is only a 5-10 min walk to secret beach which is lovely for swimming. The town is a bit away but there are many restaurants in 5-10 mins walking distance.
Staff were so helpful and helped us organize to get our laundry dry cleaned for us. The pool was a nice feature. Room was very spacious with a lovely balcony.
It was a bit far to walk into the town of ahangama especially located on a busy road.

I loved my stay at this place. Miriam was a great host, we had a room with a balcony, it was spacious and done up to a high standard. Breakfasts each morning well delicious and the staff helped arrange a boat tour for us which was great. The third floor is a spa which you get 20% off as a guest and they were amazing massages. I would recommend staying at this place and plan to come back again.

The rooms were large, stylish and very comfortable. WiFi was good , it’s a quiet hotel with excellent staff and breakfast was delicious!
