Excellent Hôtel
Pros:

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement notre hôte, Vedat. Disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7, il s'est montré extrêmement aimable, attentionné et très sympathique.
La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable ; la literie, y compris le lit, les oreillers et la couette, était d'excellente qualité. La salle de bain était fonctionnelle et disposait d'eau chaude en abondance.
Une kitchenette est également à la disposition des clients ; un équipement plus complet aurait été appréciable pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner, mais cela reste un atout considérable.
Notre chambre se situait au 3e étage, ce qui ne nous a posé aucun problème.
L'emplacement est idéal : à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la place Taksim.
En résumé, il s'agit d'un excellent hôtel de charme offrant un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter et y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour.

صاحب الشقه جدا محترم و خلوق
عندما كنا نحتاج او نسأل او نطلب شي كان يساعدنا دائما
المكان امان الباب مقفول وتوجد في كيمرات
توجد في الشقه موقد كهربائي وبعض الأواني و ايضا بالقرب منه سوبر ماركت و كان سعره مناسب ورخيص
راح أكرر الزياره الى اسطنبول قريبا وراح احجز مثل الفندق انا وعائلتي نشكرك جدااااااا
واسفه على اي ازعاج صدر من عندنا

الشقه و المكان جدا نظيف وقريب من تقسيم مشي على الأقدام

وتوجد امرأه تقوم بالتنظيف الغرفه دائما وكانت جدا امينه ونظيفه جدا اود ان اشكرها جدا

Cons:

Paid online with Booking but was forced to pay in cash upon arrival. Showed them confirmation that it was paid online but they didn't care. Ended up paying TWICE

UPDATE: finally and only after leaving negative review, tens of messages and 3 weeks later they contact booking to make the refund for the double charge they made

Pros:

The hotel was very near to taksim square and isteklal street and was very near to taksim tunnel and all the transportation facilities, the staff also is very nice and cooperative, even make me check in before the set time as my flight arrived in the early morning
