Room was good

Cons:

Welcome text contained services that were not available. No room service, no phone to ring reception both as advertised. Back patio was not covered so you couldn't use when raining. Back patio was overgrown with large and broken palm and balana leaves. Room was serviced when we didn't require it because there was no door hang to say we didn't require it.

Modern accom in Rye
Pros:

The accommodation is modern and spacious.
It's only a short walk to various eateries, and to the beach across the road.
There's a bistro in the adjoining pub.

Cons:

There were no luggage racks/stands.
Despite being a very large room, there was minimal furniture. There was no desk and no cabinet, which could have easily fitted.
A soft closing toilet seat would be appropriate for the otherwise modern standard of bathroom fittings.

Great place to stay if visiting the Morning Peninsula for a few days.
Pros:

The room was modern, clean and tidy and overlooked the swimming pool from the balcony, our room was on the first floor. The location next to the hotel was very convenient.

Pros:

The location was lovely. I wanted a sea view and it was amazing.
