The perfect hotel again. Everything is good clean rooms and professional staff

Abysmal all round - exceptionally terrible in fact. Maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Checked out a couple of nights early as I’d had enough. Was refused a spoon - yes you read that correctly as apparently not allowed to. Wish I was joking. Dirty. Staff like walking dead. Rats. Everyone involved should feel embarrassed.

Very cheap and not too far out of main ubud town. The pool was nice. The bathroom was large and had a bath which we washed our clothes in. Not many places to dry but ended up paying 30,000 rupees to dry all our clothes, we used the place just outside of the reception
Didn’t realise there was 4 levels and we were put on the top level and the elevator did not work. The roof would leak when raining so we had to get a couple buckets to stop catch the water. A Balinese couple tried breaking into our room and when I confronted them they said they didn’t try to open the room and they don’t stay there, I followed them to reception and tried to get secreuity but the only person around was a cleaning lady. She talked the couple and turns out they did stay there and they ‘wanted to see our balcony’. The cleaning lady was very nice and understood what had happened but couldn’t do anything about it cause it was our work agaisnt there’s. The receptionist did not speak good English and had to use google translate or she would get the cleaning lady translate for her.
Was good price first booking, then too expensive for it’s standard.

Once we arrived the hotel was seem like not maintained well, and tried to find the reception was bit inside. Due to we came in the evening so evertything seem like no staff arround to help us to get to reception. Finally we arrived at reception and found that our reservation made for 3 differents booking was missing 2 of them. We booked for 13 rooms finally we got only 5 rooms.
And the manager came said another booking was cancelled with out any confirmation…
Since the beggining when made the booking one week ago, we sent them email on booking and never replied about our request and asking fot the phone number and others was no accomodated well. Finally we left the property due to it was very slow respond about how to overcome the problem. Please think twice before booking this resort!!!

Didn’t have room ready post check in time. Waited at green water pool while getting bitten by? Pool side toilet so broken a guy couldn’t lift the lid to take a sanitary pee. Got tired waiting for my room. Reception stated my credit card was declined and I’d have to pay cash (pre paid via Orbitz). Stated that they upgraded me from the view room I requested. Showed me a larger room overlooking the service entry. Asked them to cancel my booking. Stated they couldn’t. If a charge appears, someone other than me is paying for this inconvenience. I had to walk a mile to a “real” hotel.
