Very Bad experience
Pros:

None

Cons:

AC is very noisy and wifi is not working. I left the property 30mins after I checked in. spoke to property host and he apologized for it and recommended to request refund thru booking.com directly. But as per booking.com customer service they are not responding at all and they cant do anything about it so i cant get my refund hahaha

Good and comfortable. Actual look is older than photos though.
Pros:

Check in went smooth, wifi worked well, all the kitchen utensils were good, Aircon worked good, nice view from the window, spacious room, 7-eleven on the ground floor. Shoes off line.
Key holding on the wall by the door. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Only bread knife and no cut board. A little bit far from the busy area(shops and dining). The shelf of the shower room were rusted. The photos are much newer that what it is now.

Avida Tower Iloilo stay
Pros:

Conveniently located to shopping and a place to eat. The place is secure and there is space for parking. There is a convenient store right at the door step.

Cons:

I booked 3 people and they only prepared one double bed. They provide the bed, bed cover and linen later on but it was used already and dirty.
