Lift was out of service for 3 days! and I was on 5th floor!
good location with many bars around.
It's a comfortable laid back hotel, staff helpful great relaxed pool, to escape the heat, food drinks available. Overall great little hotel I've stayed a few times now, and will be going back.

L'ensemble du personnel, chambres propres et équipements. Téléviseur, téléphone, Bouloire, coffre perso. Eau et articles de toilette tous les jours. Chambres faites chaque matin. Grand balcon donnant sur rue et piscine. Les chambres côté piscine permettent des nuits calme..celles sur les côtés de l'hôtel sont également plus calme mais aucune vue depuis le balcon car elles donnent à moins de 2 mètre sur les autres constructions. La piscine est très bien. Très bon petit déjeuner à prix correct. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent dans le centre animé de Pattaya avec tout à proximité..plage à 400 et embarcadère pour kho larn environ 1km.
La chambre de notre première nuit dont le balcon donnait donnait à 1,50m du mur d'un autre hôtel. Donc pas top . Mais le lendemain une autre chambre nous a été trouvé sur soi lengkee pour tout notre sejours, cela grâce à la réactivité du personnel à notre sollicitation de changer dès que possible. Un tres grand merci à eux!!

Was told on arrival that the room I wanted was unavailable, then given room opposite continual loud music. lift broke down and had to walk up stairs to the 6th floor for nearly entire stay , no apologies were given or offers of discount.
