Very disappointed as previous stays have been good

Close to everything, nice pool

Cons:

Was told on arrival that the room I wanted was unavailable, then given room opposite continual loud music. lift broke down and had to walk up stairs to the 6th floor for nearly entire stay , no apologies were given or offers of discount.

I think Booking need to tell the hotels that all fee should be stated so you can avoid places like Opey the place as they dont tell in advance they have deposit ??

Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamiainenkin ihan ookoo.

Cons:

Wifi oli heikko huoneessa ja pari kattolamppua sekä parvekkeen lamppu oli palanut. Eikä niitä vaihdettu koko aikana.

Onneksi vain yksi yö
Pros:

Allasalue näytti mukavalta.

Cons:

Huone kadun puolella. Hirveä melu liikenteestä ja viereistä baareista pitkälle yöhön. Äänieristystä ei tuntunut olevan.
Suihkun viemärin ritilän ympärillä pörräsi paljon pieniä ötököitä. Siisteydessä muutenkin puutteita.
Huoneet aikansa eläneitä.

The noise was deafening .
Pros:

The staff were excellent from the cleaners to reception and the food kiosk

Cons:

Noise from the construction drove me insane.
It was impossible to relaxed during the daylight hours.
I was urged to check out by my friends who live locally but as I paid in full I felt trapped

Great location for Soi Buakhao, LK Metro,
Soi Boomerang, Tree Town etc .

Food in the restaurant was cheap and tasty .

Other guests are friendly.

Good value for money if you are too fussy .

Cleaning staff are friendly.

Cons:

Rooms in need of decoration , windows were dirty .

Restaurant and reception staff are a bit miserable.

Pool doesn't get sun till about noon.

Some of the lighting in the room didn't work.
