Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near Yonago Station and AEON Mall, making it easy to get around and do some shopping. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. The public bath was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

立地が良く、ホテルも新しいので良かった。部屋の中は綺麗だった

Cons:

今回ユニバーサルルームに泊まった。バスルームが下水の匂いがきつく、配管から上がってくるのかな？と思っていたが、バスルームにある排水溝が黒カビ、ピンクカビが一目でわかるくらい汚かった。しかも浴槽内を掃除の際に、水で流しただけなのか、垢がついており前の人が貯めたお湯の後がザラザラ感じられるほどだった。ユニバーサルルームは大浴場を使うより、室内のお風呂を使うお客が多いと思うので、もう少し綺麗に掃除したほうが良いと思う。ほかのユニットバスより掃除は難しいだろうが、もう少し頑張って欲しい。
