Accueil qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, qui ne trouve pas la réservation, qui fait attendre longtemps, qui finit par nous conduire à la chambre, qui revient 30 minutes après, puis finit par dire qu'ils ont trouvé.

Bed so comfort and the room is so nice.

Pros:

The breakfast was varied and tasty. I liked the area (although I would have appreciated it being closer to the airport) as there were plenty of different places to eat in the evening outside the city centre. Although not everyone at the reception spoke English, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond!

Cons:

I would appreciate it if all the reception staff spoke English and if the location were a bit closer to the airport.

공항까지 셔틀을 아침 일찍 운행하여 매우 편함

Pros:

Quiet and able to extend checkout time.

Cons:

Impression that this was an international hotel from Radisson name. But it was vertical Chinese and no restaurant or other facilities. Also not as close to airport as indicated. Impossible to arrange courtesy pickup in advance. Had to phone when arrived and Chinese speaker answered phone. So had to get a helpful person at airport to phone but of course delay in being picked up resulted.
