Pros:

The location. Good restaurants around. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Aircondition did not work. Not a big issue as it wasn’t too hot. Yet they couldn’t manage to fit it sustainably.

Above average. Comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is opposite a building with many restaurants and a nice beef hotpot place on the ground floor

Cons:

We didn’t find it that close to the nearest metro station wensan road esp while having to lug suitcases.

The space is great - really helpful if meeting friends or travelling with kids to have a lounge area and well equipped kitchen. The staff are friendly and helpful and some speak English.

Cons:

My family has stayed here twice now and neither time has the bath water been hot enough to enjoy. We were also dismayed to learn that the hotel decides whether the air conditioning is on or not. In this case, 24 degrees inside the room was too warm to sleep well. The staff were helpful and the next day turned the AC on, but nevertheless a room's temperature should be the guests decision not the hotel's - an issue seems much more common in China than elsewhere. The corridors smell smoky...

The location of the hotel is closed to places of attractions. Breakfast was of average standard.

Cons:

Maybe the reception staff can be more receptive to answering queries. Pillows were too soft for a comfortable support.
