My room was too hot. I changed the temperature on the thermostat but it didn´t help. I stayed four nights, I complained 3 times to staff without result.
Everything was perfect and of an exemplary standard -what really "stood out" was the staff - NOTHING was any trouble on any level and all staff had a good understanding of what to do with any circumstance - well done!! Such great value for money!!
We are retuning next week and will be happy to give feedback further.
One BIG thing - we are seasoned executive travellers - so - the executive lounge has problems - it is too small - BUT the dress code is not enforced AND children are permitted to make noise and seating is not managed properly so that ONE person can hold seating for many others
If you were to put signs about dress code and noise and also mange seating better, then some will not come and other will still fill the space and enjoy in a better and more appropriate environment
Your hotel is great - all staff are great and longe staff are great BUT the lounge needs better managing
We will be back next week and happy to give feedback

Check in 的時候櫃檯的服務人員說使用國外的信用卡，除了房費以外，還要先多預繳$500人民幣，退房的時候會退還。隔天早上我退房的時候，再查我的信用卡，發現並沒有退還那$500人民幣，請幫我爭取權益。
