Cons:

O filtro do ar condicionado estava extremamente sujo, ao retirá-lo pois o ar não estava gelando direito, havia uma camada muita expessa de sujeira no filtro. Uma manutenção tão simples de ser feito e o hotel ignorou.
Que possam fazer essas manutenções periodicamente, pois além de ser simples, melhorará o conforto dos quartos e evitará problemas respiratórios.

Bom hotel para família
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto, tamanho da cama, atendimento e piscina.

Cons:

Ar condicionado muito fraco, não dando conta de gelar bem o quarto . Tive um upgrade de quarto, ficando com ar split, porém muito ruim. Os ar condicionado de gaveta são bem melhores.

Péssima experiência e descaso com o consumidor!

Recepção extremamente gentil e equipe super solícita!

Cons:

A limpeza não seguia um padrão de horário, por vezes tive que solicitar, já que saíamos e voltávamos e o quarto não havia sido limpo. Os garçons do café da manhã extremamente mal humorados. Além de em uma ocasião (nosso segundo dia de hospedagem) estarem servindo itens (várias gelatinas) mofadas no café da manhã, fiz reclamações e formalizei o absurdo com a gerência.
Para além disso os quartos possuem péssima acústica, durante toda a noite barulhos de passos e portas batendo.
