Cons:

Durante o café da manhã, pedi autorização ao senhor responsável para levar alguns pães de queijo para o meu filho, que não havia descido para o café, e fui autorizada. Como o café da manhã já estava se encerrando, imaginei que não haveria problema. No entanto, a chefe da cozinha, Lindete, aproximou-se falando em voz alta, tanto comigo quanto com o próprio senhor que havia me autorizado, dizendo que eu não poderia levar os pães de queijo e negando o pedido.

Independentemente das regras do hotel, essa situação poderia ter sido conduzida com educação e discrição. Em vez disso, fomos tratados de forma grosseira, em voz alta e diante de outras pessoas, o que nos deixou extremamente constrangidos. Esperava muito mais respeito e cordialidade. Uma abordagem educada teria evitado todo esse desgaste e preservado uma experiência que, infelizmente, ficou marcada de forma negativa.
