Twice changed the room. The rooms were very shabby, the ambience was very bad, facilities like toilets were unclean, geysers not working, rooms very shabby, no menu card to order food, lift not working and a lot more.

Cons:

I stayed for only one day and the room was not maintained very well. I paid amount at the time of check in, and I did not get invoice even after multiple follow ups. Not happy with the service.
