Pros:

Shoaib bhai is very helpful person even the hotel attendants. Rooms were clean enough. It was a nice stay.

Del Fox Hotel Shanti Residents is very good hotel there is very close from cannought place VFS Globle 5 minit from the hotel and new delhi railway station also so clean room staff was very good and helpful location very good wifi excellent so i will back again

Very poor standard
Pros:

They claim it's a four star hotel. They just have rooms and my room was too small for the size of bed and had no window.

The air conditioning didn't work and there was no hot water.

They didn't even have a breakfast room or restaurant. Apparently you could order, they would send out and deliver to the room.

There was no chair or table in the room.

It took two requests to get toilet paper and as far as toiletries go, it was a small piece of soap.

The noise from other guests and the lift was also bad.

The hotel was not at the location as described, but there was a signpost to the hotel from the described location.

I booked a room for for few days when arrived front desk says sorry room not available and hotel is not four star at all and he refused give me my booked room bad hotel
