Pros:

Excellent hosts, location, facilities. I was surprised how quiet it was at night, being in the heart of the city. The airport cuts way back on flying overhead at night and I was never woken by a plane.flying overhead.
Upon revisiting Lisbon, I'll plan to stay again.

Cons:

Not much to not like.
Like most all of Lisbon, it is hilly and narrow parking.
The apt. is beneath a main flight path to and from the airport and can be quite loud, but this is true for all of Alcântara, Belém, Ajuda, etc.
