Incredible Staff!!!
Pros:

Everything was great there, there was some construction but they for warned us weeks before hand that repairs were going on. It was no problem. Staff was amazing!

Cons:

The price was the only thing. But I also understand I was there in prime tourist season.

Nice hotel, but nothing extraordinary.
Pros:

Right on the lake and within walking to restaurants. Breakfast was decent but needs some more vegan options other than oatmeal. I do appreciate they had almond milk.

Cons:

Fitness center smells like bleach being right above the pool. Treadmill needs to be replaced, it’s not stable and it was filthy.

Not a very comfy stay!!!
Pros:

The view and location of the hotel is awesome. Wish all rooms could have a view of the lake but the lobby makes up for that. Nice and spacious.

Cons:

Understanding there is construction happening but this has been going on for two years. That seems a little excessive!
The pillows were like sleeping on a rock!!! Coffee maker in the room was awful!
We had stayed here when it was a Hampton and everything was great. You’ve got a long way to go to bring it back up to those standards!!!
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Will not be returning until we here upgrades have been made!!!
