Pros:

Room was clean and bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and cooperative. Location was convenient as it was close to a main road.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for comfort. The bathroom was at a considerable height from the floor of the room which was not convenient and likely to result in accidental fall . The hotel does not have its own restaurant. In the address given to me in the confirmation note, no landmark or name of the road is mentioned which was confusing the driver in spite of using the Google map.

Google maps also cannot find out this property since it is inside the main road & had to walk.

Complementary Breakfast was horrible with very limited options; can say no options.

Cons:

Deluxe room was booked... I checked the pamphlet & saw that was not the room allotted to us. To my surprise, the reception staff informed me the pamphlet was printed with the room type wrongly printed on them. The room was too small for 3 of us. Felt cheated to be allotted a standard room instead of the deluxe room...

DO NOT HONOR THE BOOKING -- PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

THEY ARE FRAUDS

Cons:

The day I was checking in, the hotel called me and said their Management sold the hotel etc and asked me to check in their another hotel which we went and it was a place where all illicit activities happening place , unclean and bed sheets with stains , very dirty. The name is PARADISE INN. I was with family and this Paradise INN is not for family. The FAB hotel management is so rubbish that they lied to me about management change. The real fact was they got a full hotel booking for a marriage and they played game with me. Me and my family had to run around for accommodation in the hot sun and lot of mental and physical stress .
They had taken advance money and so far not yet refunded, even after promising to give it back.
Booking.com should not entertain this FAB hotel and should black list.
Now you are requested to compensate me for all the trauma and the loss of money I faced.
Awaiting prompt action from your side , so that any legal issue can be avoided.
