Pros:

Absolutes Plus ist die Nähe zur Subway, sowohl Linie J/Z und Linie A/C. (20min bis zur Brooklyn-Bridge)
Gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal an der Rezeption.
Zimmer sind in Ordnung und mit neuem Bad + Kaffeemaschine.
Für New York/Brooklyn ist die Lautstärke generell hoch, so auch hier vom Straßenverkehr und der Subway.
In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essen zu bekommen, für einen noch vernünftigen Preis.

Nothing. Unfortunately, there was nothing about the hotel that I liked.

Cons:

The hotel was terrible. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby as soon as we entered. The room smelled strongly of chlorine and was dirty.

During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, and even then, the cleaning was done very poorly. The hotel was also extremely noisy. Other guests were making a lot of noise, and no one from the hotel seemed to pay any attention or do anything about it.

The bed and mattress were also in terrible condition and very uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall, our stay was good and I would probably come back again.
Pros:

The location was great due to its close proximity to train stations.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping didn’t come in to our room to change the bedding. They only removed the trash once and gave us extra towels.

The stay was horrible!
Pros:

The location is horrible and they don’t say in the site that the train run pass the location ugh…

Cons:

No remote in the room and when I called and asked they told me I had to come downstairs and pick it up from the front desk. Also, they took the funds when I checked end and normally hotels run your card when you check out.

Absolutely Horrendous and I will never ever stay there again.

Disrespectful and unmannerly staff . Rooms have NO closets neither hangers . I had to beg for cleaners to come and replace towels etc after they didn’t came to the room for a couple of days.
