Paguei para ficar em um quarto Deluxe pois era o meu aniversário e quis me dar de presente. Porém o quarto onde fiquei cheirava a mofo, não tinha nem toalha de banho e eu tive que pedir para me darem um papel higiênico pois nem isso tinha. Fora que o combinado era eu pagar com cartão de crédito. Quando cheguei na recepção não aceitaram nem cartão de crédito e nem de débito. O gerente do hotel queria pegar meu passaporte, talvez achando que eu não fosse pagar. Ele acabou indo comigo em um caixa eletrônico e eu tive que sacar o valor correspondente a todos os dias que iria ficar hospedado. Foi tão decepcionante a minha chegada a esse hotel que se eu pudesse teria saído de lá e ido para outro. Eles mostram uma coisa e vi outra completamente diferente. Café da manhã? Qual café da manhã? O que me deram foi uma fatia de pão de forma tostado com geléia e um copinho de café com leite. Paguei por um café da manhã completo e foi isso que me ofereceram. Tanto é que nos outros dias logo cedo fui a um café que ficava em frente ao hotel. Pensei até em reclamar com a Booking que foi onde reservei essa estadia. Não entendi como algumas pessoas ainda deram nota 5 para um hotel que não merece nota 1. Não parece que estamos falando do mesmo hotel quando vejo as pessoas elogiando. Foi uma semana muito tensa nesse hotel. Não recomendaria para ninguém.
Our room didn't have hot water. They didn't bother to inform us about it. When we told them they asked us there was no geyser and to use another room for our baths, which was pretty irritating. The room too is ok..very average, nothing great. Would not stay here again for sure.

Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, wir sind um Mitternacht angereist, das Personal komplett unfreundlich, ich wollte ein anderes Zimmer weil in unserem die Klimaanlage ohne Funktion war und der Deckenventilator nur auf Vollgas lief, wir sind komplett ausgebucht war die Antwort. Es waren keine Handtücher im Zimmer darum bin ich zur Rezeption um danach zu fragen sind dann in fünf Zimmer um nach Handtüchern zu suchen es war nichts ausgebucht, die Zimmer sind alle gleich schlecht. Zum Frühstück lag etwas Toastbrot da, der Toaster war defekt, es gab weder Besteck noch Marmelade oder sonstiges. Bitte diese Absteige komplett meiden, in weiser Voraussicht habe ich nichts vorab bezahlt so habe ich nur die eine Nacht bar bezahlt und dann schnell weg.

The rooms are not clean,dump smell..no basic necessities..last two days were raining and the rooms ceiling started leaking leaving my luggage’s getting wet and my laptop damaged
Such a horrible place
Booking.com guaranteed my reservation with the option of paying at the property. When I went there, the property denied my stay saying that they are overbooked. This is by far the most ridiculous experience one can get. Without even knowing about this, booking.com is seeking my review too.
They answered politely to our queries and requests.
They mentioned pets allowed on the Booking website and when we reached the hotel they denied us the pet and said it's fault from booking.com , we had to suffer the whole day because of that.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had regarding my recent booking at your townhouse accommodation, scheduled for arrival on the morning of August 12th.
As per our prior communication, I had clearly informed you that my flight would arrive at Mumbai Airport at 2:00 AM, and that I would proceed directly to the accommodation thereafter. I had also confirmed that payment would be made upon arrival, as agreed in our message exchange.
Upon reaching the location provided, my taxi driver and I were unable to locate the accommodation. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team using the numbers listed on your website, no one was reachable—even though your listing claimed to offer a 24-hour front desk. After over an hour of searching in the middle of the night with three children, we finally found the building with the help of local inquiries. A security guard directed us to the second floor, where we were informed by the team there that no room was available, as it had already been given to someone else.
This left us stranded at 3:00 AM with no place to stay. Thankfully, our taxi driver went above and beyond to help us search for alternative accommodation. After visiting multiple locations, we finally secured a room at another property by 5:00 AM—at a cost nearly five times higher than the rate originally agreed upon.
This experience was not only distressing and exhausting but also completely unacceptable. I request a full explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and emotional distress caused to me and my family.

I didn’t like anything
I didn’t like anything because they moved me to another unit of theirs nearby which is very miserable property where lift is stinking, ambience is very bad, bathroom sink hole is not covered, AC was making big noise, I had to sleep without AC just with ceiling fan running, could not charge my phones due to not having international compatible plus sockets in the room, Wi-Fi was very slow due to which TV was not working
