Cons:

1-Parfois il fallait rappeler au personnel
- De nettoyer et changer
- De donner le savon et shampoing
- De donner le sucre

2- Le petit déjeuner ne présentait pas plusieurs variétés

3- de temps en temps le climatiseur ne glaçait pas fort

Good value.
Pros:

Location and great room service staff members.

Cons:

Kitchen was getting renovated and hence limited options for breakfast. Breakfast was procured from third party. It was horrible though. Also, the suite did not have a work table but I adjusted using the existing furniture. No direct phone number to contact the party and communication through booking.com was answered very late.

Basic place to stay, breakfast after 9:30 am, overpriced
Pros:

Location easy to find, near Yashoda hospital and some metro stations.
Staff were ok.
Clean large room and bathroom.
Fabhotel phone helpline was prompt.
Basic soap shampoo and dental kit provided.
Hot water working.
Water bottle provided.

Cons:

AC not working - temperature and humidity remained high. Had to open window and start exhaust in bathroom to get some ventilation. Very basic room.
Reception staff sometimes not available.
Can be noisy due to traffic.
When I reached early morning 3am the main gate was closed, with no call bell. Had to call helpline to get number.
Have to pay some or full amount in advance to confirm the booking, but do not get any confirmation of payment.
Even though booking showed breakfast included, hotel did not receive this information. Again called helpline to get this checked.
Unfortunately they don't have any kitchen or many staff. They said breakfast was only available after 9:30 am when their housekeeping staff came. So did not have it as I had to leave for work.
Too overpriced considering these points. Should be under 2k/night.
