Personale eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare il paese e i suoi dintorni. Buona base per l'Etna per chi è fornito di propri mezzi.

Cons:

Inconcepibilmente l'unico mezzo previsto per tenersi al caldo durante la notte era la pompa di calore, niente coperte, plaid, trapunte od altro, solo il copriletto molto leggero, naturalmente ce ne siamo accorti la sera e non era il caso di chiamare il personale. Noi probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati, perchè tutte le camere della stessa tipologia sono diversamente corredate. Altra pecca è il piccolo bagno che avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato e riconcepito per poter usufruire al meglio di tutti i sanitari.
