The best vacation in my life!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It is a front sea view, and all you need to do to get to the beach is to cross a bicycle lane - no cars or buses here, so it means no traffic noise etc. The room is big enough, with a spacious balcony, a minibar and a safe (it's a bit funny because it's has a real key and not a code to lock it 😉)
The staff is always there to help you. They are super friendly and are doing a great job there.
You get a voucher for the beach (we stayed at #105) and you can also have beach towels for free. Very convenient!
Breakfast is great. I read some complaints but we were absolutely satisfied with the variety and quality.
We loved every moment in Riccione and in Marritimo. Thank you so much for our great time! 💝

Cons:

One thing about breakfast though - some fresh vegetables would be a great addition because it's Italy and you expect their gorgeous tomatos 😀 But on the other hand, Italians usually eat sweets for breakfast, so we should adjust to the local tradition.
Also, not everyone could speak English. We realized that we were guests and didn’t make a fuss about it. The area and the hotel are mainly Italian-oriented, so we started studying basic Italian phrases :) It was never a problem. A nice man working at nights helped me without knowing any English (google translate helped a lot!) when I couldn't get into our room the first evening.
These are not disadvantages even - just something that makes the area unique and appealing!

Tutto. La gentilezza, simpatia, professionalità e disponibilità dello staff, la vista dalla camera e la posizione. Ogni cosa era perfetta. Alla prossima vacanza a Riccione alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo in questo hotel.

Soggiorno fantastico, ci torniamo !!
Pros:

La posizione eccezionale, la pulizia, la camera vista mare che ci ha regalato momenti di vera relax, colazione eccellente e ultimo, ma la più importante lo staff, soprattutto Chiara che ci ha accolto sempre ogni giorno con sorriso, disponibilità, gentilezza e dolcezza.. la differenza la fanno sempre le persone. Alla prossima, non vediamo l'ora. Grazie di cuore per tutto !!!

Die Lage, die Aussicht, die Ausstattung, der Flair, die Terrasse draußen und das Frühstück war erstklassig ! Zimmer echt sehr groß für eine Person, schöner Balkon . Bad total Klasse

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren! Keine Nacht, wo ich nicht mindestens einmal wach wurde, weil Gäste ihre Zimmertüren zu knallten... Auch wenn man sie durchaus leise zu machen kann, bevorzugen viele Gäste die Laute Variante, ob sie alleine im Haus wären. Schade!!! Das war das Einzige, was echt nicht schön war. Ansonsten Top
