Bad practice regarding messaging
Pros:

Bed clean and comfortable at the sister hotel we ended up in

Cons:

Claimed i hadnt replied to messages asking for arrival time (despite being shown proof that I had) so then claimed no rooms at this hotel so we had to go to another salstayz. Booking.com showed rooms at the original hotel still available so i suspect they just used it to fill rooms at the cheaper hotel in smaller rooms than advertised.

Breakfast was nice, dinner was limited but ok.

Cons:

Not exactly what you see in the picture. For ex, balcony did not have options to sit and chat or have coffee. No chair or tables.

A great place to stay with family. Safe and sound.
Pros:

Central location and big enough room for small family. Staff were very much helpful in making our stay comfortable

I’m a traveller and this was my worst experience.
Pros:

I liked nothing.

Cons:

The hotel was in a closed down mall/business complex. The road leading to the place was extremely shady, dark, and appeared pretty unsafe. There were 2-3 abandoned buildings nearby. The alleys and rooms in this place reeked of seepage. The room had mould and was smelling of mould. I got very sick within the first day. Ac’s were not effective. Balconies opened on the shady road. No good views… there was pigeon poop all over. Property is very poorly maintained. The staff tried helping but the property itself was in shambles. The body wash was not filled in washroom inspite of mentioning 2-3 times. Toiletries were minimal. Towels provided seemed extremely old and were torn from the hems. The room doesn’t have very good lightning. It’s not worth the 6500 per night that I paid. I won’t even pay 500 rs for this experience. If you’re a FAMILY or a WOMAN TRAVELLING ALONE— DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
