I will not stay here on my next visit.
Pros:

The location was good for us as it was walking distance from the Golden Temple complex, however we had senior citizens in the group who needed transportation.

Cons:

- Room was not comfortable due to the cold and we had to get heaters by paying additional fee.
- Staff definitely could have been more co-operative
- We had requested for late check outs through the booking.com site but they did not consider it at all, rather mentioned that that booking has been cancelled. We have to pay 5K to keep the rooms for the senior citizens for a couple of extra hours.
- No food available and no decent places in the immediate vicinity.

Overall stay was good. Staff also good.
Pros:

Location and staff is good. clean rooms. only time to serve food was little long. Else it was great stay

Cons:

After giving order for food, It took long time to come. almost 45 mins or more. Also we want to pay by card. It was asked before. But at time of payment, manager said, Card machine was no t working. Its little unprofessional.
