Pros:

This property asked me double payment. I booked through Booking.com the hotel asked for additional payment. In the middle of tonight, I have to pay double payment for the hotel. Until today, I have not received a refund for my payment. I prefer not to book advance payment by booking anymore.

Spacious apartment, good air con, breakfast, food stalls nearby

Cons:

No shower pressure, used a bucket. Bed sheets not clean. Far from city centre 1.5 hrs

The staffs were friendly and helpful. They supported well up to their level.

Cons:

The facility is in transition, Fab group is not up to the level of Treebo group. Rooms were not so clean, cupboards were broken, TV was not working, bed cover was so dirty, pillow covers were also so dirty. No breakfast option now. But a very good breakfast was there during Treebo's time. The hotel really needs a lot of maintenance.

Linen was dirty when i got the room, it was changes later in the day. no soap / lotion shampoo
Pros:

The place does not have a canteen or kitchen. So there was no tea/ coffee or hot water to drink. The 1st day breakfast given was just in plastic bags without any containers to eat. second day plate was provided without spoon.

Cons:

It was informed that breakfast was included but it was not told that there wont be any tea/ coffee either

Nothing. The reception guy was helpful & courteous.

Cons:

This is a residential complex converted to a hotel.
The place is deserted, not well maintained and tad scary at times,
It is located inside multiple roads, atleast 10 mins walking to any restaurant. There are no fans in any rooms, the ACs are very old and hardly work. They gave me a old room with broken furniture, unclean balcony with open door and windows. Nota t all safe for a solo female traveler. When i rejected the room, they gave a small room again with open windows. Washrooms are old, no soap/towel/water or any amenities. It is not even having a signage board to locate! Facilities available are only bottled water that too paid. All wardrobes are broken from inside.
No value for money paid, Please avoid, many better places closer to main road available. Solo Women avoid this place at any cost.
