Todo muy bien...a destacar el trato del personal
La ristorazione è stata il vero punto di forza del soggiorno. Colazione e cena eccellenti, buffet ricco sempre vario ogni giorno e piatti diversi. Personale del ristorante molto gentile, attento e professionale.
Per me la struttura non rispecchia pienamente gli standard di un hotel 5 stelle, ma piuttosto quelli di un ottimo 4 stelle. Mi ha sorpreso che il servizio spiaggia (lettini e ombrelloni), la piscina panoramica sul rooftop e la spa siano a pagamento. Personalmente non avevo visto questa informazione nella descrizione su Booking secondo me dovrebbe essere indicata in modo più chiaro prima della prenotazione.

La propreté, le personnel à la réception parlant français et la chambre aménagée avec goût. La piscine et le bar attenant sont agréables. Beau buffet du petit-déjeuner.
Absence de parking, l’emplacement au milieu d’autres hôtels et immeubles avec trajet à pied longeant la voie ferrée jusqu’à la plage. Les serviettes de plage misent à disposition étaient un peu défraîchies ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles!
Me gustó mucho lo cuidado que está, la ubicación, el trato de los trabajadores con los clientes, las instalaciones, la piscina... en conclusión, TODO. Sin ninguna duda mi pareja y yo volveremos.
Las únicas tres cosas que podría llegar a cambiar son: el guarda maletas, porque huele mucho a humedad (es normal por la zona donde está); las duchas del spa, ya que las veo un poco anticuadas y hace bastanta calor; y por último la televisión de la habitación, ya que es muy antigua y no tiene Wifi.
Todo perfecto muy tranquilo , pero la piscina privada arriba es fantástica
