Nice big clean modern rooms with lots of light :) super friendly staff and easy location !
The breakfast is pretty and and the gym is on the roof with a glass ceiling and the air con doesn’t work so you really can’t use it.
Great location for the university, French concession and getting about.

Well-located, helpful staff, a decent gym and a handy free-of-charge laundry service. Would definitely return to this hotel if I am back in Shanghai. The location is the perfect blend of local authenticity with the hip charm of the Former French Concession.

Reservamos habitación para 3 y nos decían que solo 2 personas tenían desayuno incluido y por un solo día.
El personal casi no habla inglés y las habitaciones son reducidas.

The basin leaks water from time to time, but as I didn't use it much, I didn't report the issue.

The room was spacious and the location was good with several amenities in the vicinity
The breakfast. It was the worst we had in our entire week in China. It doesn't match the level of the rooms the hotel is providing. The breakfast was no better than a 1 star hotel or even a hostel.
Réservation de 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner (donc normalement 2 petits déjeuners) mais seulement un petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix. Pour le deuxième jour, j' aurais du payer pour le petit déjeuner en plus si j' avais voulu le prendre là. Donc c' était une surprise. Réservez sans petit déjeuner !
