Pros:

Balcony with the artificial glass and the swing was my highlight,

Matress wad fancy stuffed and with all those pillows the sleep was cozy

Microwave, crockery, kettle, fridge came in handy

Cons:

there was some delay with checkin time and at night

there were noisy people bantering outside the door during night hours.

Wifi could be faster.

Staff was polite

Cons:

Booking was done for room with kitchenette however they gave a basic room . And no refund on the same.
Kettle was too dirty. 🤮
While booking it says no payment until you arrive , but they called and asked for deposit amount. Overall a bad experience.

Great place to stay in lucknow as the room was super spacious. The building was newly made and the host design the room with very luxury style. The balcony was very cozy with a garden and sunset view. We have enjoyed a-lot and all credits goes Arth Team to make our stay memorable. See you soon Team!
