Important information:

Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of New Friends Colony but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: A-37, New Friends Colony (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information.

Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival.

A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.

Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorization on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.

Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp.

Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable. Full payment is required on arrival.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, extra guests will be charged.

Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbors. In case of nonsocial behavior or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress.

Home away from home
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and well managed. Bonus is the homely breakfast and dinner, served by smiling and helpful staff. I felt safe as a solo woman traveller. Located just 10 mins from Apollo hospital - hence very convenient for me, as a family member was admitted there and I wanted a 'home' to return to each evening.

A stand to keep one's suitcase can be provided

Pros:

Great place to stay. And most importantly very helpful staff. Shivam and Rabin were very supportive and helped thru out the INDIGO fiasco.

Breakfast was great, clean rooms, and excellent housekeeping

Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

Clean and airy rooms, supportive and responsive staff, convenient location. It’s like staying in a room at one’s own home. Very pleasant and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom fittings appeared a tad old, and a little drab, the tube light above the sink was not in a level position and tilted. But bathrooms were clean, no real issues here.

Fabalous apartment, big, airy and all the requisite kitchen equipment. Great staff and especially Sahil who coordinated the entire operation with ease and precision, kudos to the house keeping staff Jagat for making us feel right at home.
